Format:
18-holes, stroke play.
Any tie for the final qualifying or alternate spots will be played off immediately, hole-by-hole, until the final qualifiers and alternates are determined.

Schedule:
Tuesday, August 2: Starting times begin at 7:30 am.

Practice Rounds:
Practice rounds are available but may be limited to one per player and to players only at the discretion of the host facility. Contact the host facility and identify yourself as a US  Women's Mid-Amateur Qualifying contestant to schedule a time. Practice round rate is $65 and includes fee, cart and range.  

Driving Range:
Range balls will be provided prior to play and between rounds or prior to a playoff if necessary. The range will open at least 60 minutes prior to play.

Food & Beverages:
Some food and beverages will be available but may be limited due to the host facility operations. Method of payment also may be limited; please check with the host facility prior to the qualifying.
